IT Software Sales (Preferred Record Management)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Azeus Convene. As a BDM, you will drive sales and achieve targets related to Record Management solutions, manage the entire sales cycle, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• 2-10 years of experience in sales, specifically in Record Management, Document Management, or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in an enterprise software environment
• Strong experience in solution selling, with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers and explain complex solutions clearly
• Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close sales effectively
• Knowledge of the records management market and understanding of key industry players
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be fluent in English
