Executive Pastry Chef

The Executive Pastry Chef will lead and elevate the Bakery and Pastry operations at an ultra-luxury resort in the Maldives, overseeing the full production and creative direction of pastry offerings, driving innovation, and maintaining exceptional quality and presentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in a luxury resort or five-star hotel environment
• Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Patisserie, Bakery, or a related discipline
• International certification in Patisserie and Bakery is considered an advantage
