Job Description
Bantrel is seeking a Lead Field Specialist to join its RSSOM Mainline Infrastructure team based in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will oversee the design, construction, and interface management of line-wide mainline works across the Ontario Line program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
- 7-10 years of relevant construction or field engineering experience
- Experience acting as a Delivery Partner or owner's representative
- Proven experience managing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and interface management
- Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring field specialists
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
