The Senior Customer Success Manager will build strong customer relationships, drive adoption, and manage the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Customer Success at a SaaS organization
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience with large- to enterprise-sized customer book of business
- Creative problem-solving
- Independent and motivated
- Highly articulate and comfortable communicating both orally and in writing
- Highly organized
- Comfortable collaborating with different teams
