Senior Customer Success Manager

This role is a Customer Success Manager focused on building customer relationships, driving adoption, and maximizing the value of Bask’s services.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Customer Success at a SaaS organization
• Experience in e-commerce
• Experience with large to enterprise-sized customer book of business
• Creative problem solving and determination to succeed
• Independent and motivated, with the wisdom to seek help where needed
• Highly articulate and able to communicate effectively
• Highly organized and comfortable collaborating
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects
