Product Support Specialist- Solta

Join our global diversified pharmaceutical company as a Product Support Specialist for Solta. Provide 1st level troubleshooting and technical support to customers and assist country business units with complaint input and resolution.

Requirements

• Two years' previous product support call center experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• AA degree or vocational technical school certification preferred
• Exceptional customer communication and customer care skills
• Excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal, verbal, organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, etc.
• Ability to speak fluent English
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds for short durations
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
