Customer Service Representative

BCforward is seeking a Customer Service Representative to receive inbound calls from customers, answer questions, and resolve issues related to HR policies and practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide first-level advice on procedures and work methods.

Requirements

• Answer inbound calls from customers and respond to their inquiries
• Resolve customer issues and route calls to caseworkers as needed
• Record and track customer issues via case management tool
• Coach inexperienced team members
• Provide first-level advice on procedures and work methods
