BDO Legal is seeking a Managing Associate with expertise in corporate law and commercial contract law to join their Corporate Law practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial spirit, ability to develop and maintain a client base, and excellent command of French and English.

Requirements

• Lawyer registered with the bar, with at least 7 years of experience in corporate law, M&A and/or contract law
• Master's degree in law
• Excellent command of French and very good level of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or German is an advantage
