Managing Associate Corporate & M&A - BDO Legal

We are looking for a Managing Associate with expertise in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) for our Corporate Law practice at BDO Legal. Experience with commercial agreements is a plus.

Requirements

• Lawyer with at least 7 years of experience in corporate law and/or M&A
• Master's degree in Law; an additional master's degree in corporate law is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and very good English; knowledge of French or German is a plus
• Strong commercial attitude: insight into client needs, identifying opportunities, and converting them into concrete collaboration
• Combination of legal precision, pragmatism, and an eye for the human and entrepreneurial aspect of the work
• Initiative-taking, responsible, and a true team player
• Comfortable in a coaching and coordinating role with clear and constructive communication
