We're a fast-moving team building an AI platform to make flying safer, more efficient, and more capable. We're seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead hiring across multiple engineering roles and help define how technical recruiting operates as the company scales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in early-stage or fast-growing startups
- Strong track record of hiring technical talent across a range of experience levels and disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to source and evaluate high-quality technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Expertise in building recruiting processes from scratch and operating without established playbooks
- Strong relationship-building skills, judgment, comfort pushing back, and ability to earn trust and influence senior stakeholders
