Job Description
Bechtel is seeking a Piping Superintendent - PPM to manage and coordinate the planning, safety, quality, and technical activities for a lithium resource project. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining safe and high-quality work. The project involves the integration of a team to build the lithium carbonate mine and processing facilities in Nevada.
Requirements
- Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities.
- Prepares construction drawings and sketches.
- Implements and enforces safety, quality, and technical policies.
- Coordinates engineering solutions with subcontractors.
- Coordinates with design on constructability issues.
- Experience managing union craft.
- Heavy industrial US direct hire construction experience.
- Knowledge of subcontracts
- Knowledge of the Project Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) Handbook
- Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
