As a Deliverability & Compliance Specialist, you'll investigate deliverability issues, monitor sender behavior, review monetization activity, and assess compliance across email, website hosting, and digital services.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in email deliverability, compliance, anti-abuse, or trust & safety
- Solid understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, DNS fundamentals, and how authentication impacts inbox placement
- Experience analyzing email headers, bounce/deferral codes, engagement signals, and domain/IP reputation to uncover root causes
- Familiarity with privacy and anti-spam regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and awareness of global data protection principles
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings into practical, actionable steps for customers and internal teams
- Comfort working in a ticketing system, managing multiple customer cases, and maintaining consistent, thoughtful communication
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with our Mail Ops, Support, Security, and Product teams
