Growth Analyst

We are looking for a Growth Analyst to bring a rigorous, data-driven approach to our growth team. This role will focus on driving insights that optimize paid channels, user journey, activation, retention, and churn reduction.

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience as a Growth Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, Metabase, or similar).
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or similar).
• Experience with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
