Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Analyst to join the Ad Solutions team at beehiiv. This role will monitor, analyze, and optimize network health by focusing on macro-level performance trends and individual campaign outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing or analyzing digital advertising, growth, or performance marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of CPC/CPA optimization, targeting dynamics, pacing logic, and bid/budget allocation
- Hands-on experience identifying performance issues and running rapid tests to validate hypotheses
- Understanding of pixels, event tracking, attribution, and measurement troubleshooting
- Comfort working with large datasets and translating analytics into clear action
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Excel/Sheets required; dashboards/BI tools strongly preferred; SQL is a plus)
- Experience explaining data and strategy to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building repeatable workflows for reporting and optimization
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
