We are looking for a District/Area Manager to lead and coordinate a team of around 12-15 employees on site, optimize sales, costs, and points of sale, and maintain a strategic overview of the area.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience as a store manager, area manager, district manager (m/f/d) or in a comparable position, preferably in retail
- Completed commercial training or a business studies degree
- 2 years of management experience, appointments, employee conversations, and terminations
- Communication in English
- Use of the MS Office package
- Driving license and travel willingness
