District / Area Manager (w/m/d) im Großraum Augsburg

Beeline is looking for a District/Area Manager to lead and coordinate a team of 12-15 employees in the Augsburg area. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional experience in retail, a commercial education or business administration degree, and leadership experience. The role involves optimizing sales, costs, and points of sale, maintaining relationships with business partners, and ensuring space and assortment planning, profitability control, and visual merchandising.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a store manager, area manager, district manager or in a comparable position
• Completed commercial education or a business administration degree
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Familiarity with MS Office package
• Driving license and travel readiness
