We are looking for a District/Area Manager to lead a team of around 12-15 employees remotely. The role involves maintaining relationships with business partners, optimizing sales and costs, and ensuring a smooth process flow.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a store manager, area manager, district manager (w/m/d) or in a comparable position, preferably in retail
- Completed commercial education or a business administration degree
- At least 2 years of leadership experience, including appointments, employee conversations and terminations
- Proficient in using the MS Office package
- A driver's license and travel readiness
- Communication in English to participate in international projects
