Job Description
Benchling is revolutionizing biotechnology by enabling companies to discover and develop breakthrough products faster through their R&D Cloud. They are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of a new small molecule solution, partnering with scientists and teams to deliver solutions for life-saving drugs and therapies. This is a high-impact role requiring a strong understanding of chemistry, data, and AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Academic or professional experience in a scientific field (bonus)
- Deep knowledge of small molecule R&D
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience at the intersection of life sciences, data, and AI
- Experience with enterprise SaaS
