Benchling is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of a small molecule solution for life science companies. This role involves defining the product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating scientific insights into scalable software capabilities. The role is ideal for a passionate product leader interested in accelerating scientific discovery through data and AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Academic or professional experience in a scientific field
- Deep knowledge of small molecule R&D or a strong desire to learn
- Proven ability to drive 0→1 product development, especially in enterprise SaaS
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience at the intersection of life sciences, data, and AI is a plus
