Job Description
Benchling is seeking a Product Manager for Chemistry to lead the development of a small molecule R&D solution. This role involves defining the product vision, partnering with internal and external teams, and driving alignment across various disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of small molecule R&D, a passion for accelerating scientific discovery, and a desire to work at the intersection of chemistry, data, and AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Academic or professional experience in a scientific field
- Deep knowledge of small molecule R&D or a strong desire to learn
- Proven ability to drive 0→1 product development
