Product Manager, Chemistry

Benchling is looking for a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product strategy for their small molecule solution, a critical new product line built to be AI native from the ground up.

Requirements

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Benchling's small molecule R&D solution
• Own the go-to-market strategy for the product
• Partner closely with customers and field teams to deeply understand our customer's scientific workflows, pain points, and market trends
• Translate domain-specific insights into intuitive, scalable software capabilities with exceptional UX/UI
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality products on time
• Drive alignment across stakeholders, communicating priorities, tradeoffs, and expected business outcomes clearly and persuasively
