Job Description
Benepass is looking for a highly skilled Head of Finance to join their team. This role will lead and scale the full finance function, overseeing accounting and FP&A, to deliver the financial infrastructure and insights needed for the company's next stage of growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred (but not required)
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership of accounting and FP&A functions
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company, with a strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition
