Job Description
Betsson Group is seeking a Platform Engineering DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate critical platform services. This role involves managing and optimizing the CDN, Cloud Edge functions, DNS, WAF, and IIS applications, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. The engineer will collaborate with various teams to align platform capabilities with organizational goals and transition workloads to modern cloud-native solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- AWS Cloud practitioner or higher is beneficial
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS services (CloudFront, Lambda@Edge, Route 53, WAF, EC2, S3, IAM, etc.)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) experience
- Git/GitOps workflows expertise
- Kubernetes experience
- Scripting (JavaScript/NodeJS) knowledge
- Strong understanding of platform reliability, networking fundamentals
- Experience in implementing secure, scalable, and automated infrastructure solutions
