Join our team as a CRM Specialist and contribute to the growth and evolution of the CRM team. Work closely with the CRM Manager to support marketing activities in a high-growth environment and establish CRM as a core function within the company.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Optimove, Customer.io, or similar.
- Solid understanding of typical online customer lifecycles, including onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with the trading/investment industry. Either personally or from work experience.
