Job Description
Beyond Finance is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for clients in their financial hardship programs. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs, and resolving issues efficiently. The position is a remote, 7-day a week position open 7 AM to 9 PM CST.
Requirements
- 1 year call center experience
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Reliable, High Speed, Internet connection
- Technical proficiency with Client Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong communicator
- Effective problem solver
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Ability to work from home in a distraction free environment
