Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Facility Manager III to ensure that client facilities are operated and maintained cost-effectively, safely, and efficiently according to the Statement of Work and management contract. This role focuses on accountabilities for a specific client user base, requiring performance management, financial control, and oversight of facilities like HVAC systems and preventative maintenance. The FM III is the primary point of contact for the Client and the Tenant.
Requirements
- Five to ten years’ experience in a property/facility management environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
