Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to support clients by coordinating maintenance, workspace changes, design services, and office services. This role involves coordinating tenant issues, completing service requests, managing contracts, and assisting Facility Managers. They also contribute to the financial and performance monitoring of tenant service projects.
