Job Description
Big Ass Fans is seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead the sales strategy for their North territory, focusing on the New Construction channel. This role involves driving revenue through account management, providing technical expertise, and building relationships with Rep Partners. They emphasize innovation, customer satisfaction, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, positioning themselves as a leader in indoor comfort solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience growing Rep Partners with Air Distribution Equipment in HVAC
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with Sales Pipeline Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts at a time
- Reside in OH, Detroit, MI or Milwaukee, WI
