Job Description
Big Ass Fans is seeking a Regional Account Manager to serve as the sales leader for its Channel (New Construction) segment in the North territory. This role focuses on driving revenue through the performance management of Rep Partners, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering effective customer experience. The position emphasizes innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, and a "live big, live big ass" mentality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience growing Rep Partners, preferably with Air Distribution Equipment, in the HVAC industry, and driving New Construction specification and associated selling cycle
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with Sales Pipeline Management and Forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
