Senior Human Resources Manager

The Senior Human Resources Manager leads the effective and efficient operations of the ProGrade HR Department for two facilities, responsible for all Human Resources functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, training, benefits, communications, compensation, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years related HR management experience
• Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred
• HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
• Multi-unit experience required
• Strong knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits
• Proficient computer skills (HRIS, LMS, ATS, Microsoft Office Suite)
• Positive attitude and desire to comply with the ATW culture and core values
