The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources operations, including employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce
- Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll software, and other HR-related tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive HR strategies and initiatives
- Positive attitude and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to communicate company messages and feedback to a diverse staff
