Bitso is seeking a Crypto PayOps Manager to lead global crypto payment operations, safeguard customer funds, and ensure seamless execution of transactions. This is a mission-critical leadership position requiring strong team building, scalability, risk management, and operational excellence. Requirements
- 8+ years in financial services, fintech, or crypto
- 5+ years in crypto operations (custody, wallets, liquidity, settlements)
- Deep knowledge of custody models and approval policies
- Experience designing processes, controls, and automations
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
