Job Description
Bitso is seeking a Stablecoin Operations Specialist to drive the operational excellence of their stablecoin issuance ecosystem and revolutionize finance in Latin America. This role involves managing custody solutions, overseeing fiat operations, driving integration to stablecoin systems, and leveraging innovative technologies like Fireblocks to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about optimization, systems building, and contributing to Bitso's growth as a crypto platform.
Requirements
- Proven English fluency
- 2+ years of experience in financial operations, focused on cryptocurrency or stablecoin operations
- Demonstrable expertise in managing digital asset custody solutions (Fireblocks or similar)
- Strong understanding of fiat currency transfer protocols and banking operations
- Experience in overseeing complex automated systems and processes
- Experience in building operational dashboards and API integration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
