Job Description
Black Box Network Services is looking for a Network Infrastructure Technician to work in a data center environment. The candidate will need to be qualified in installing, testing and certifying structured and patch panel cabling. The position requires experience in working in a data center environment, knowledge of IEEE and BICSI cabling standards, and the ability to troubleshoot layer 1 network concerns.
Requirements
- Experience in working in a data center environment
- Knowledge of IEEE and BICSI cabling standards
- Ability to troubleshoot layer 1 network concerns
- Ability to safely lift heavy objects
- Must be willing to work shift work which includes nights and weekends
