Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced certifications a plus)
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within luxury, hospitality, mobility, or travel sectors
- Proven ability to create and execute region-specific marketing strategies that align with global business objectives
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful, measurable campaigns
- Polished written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging for premium audiences
- Strong understanding of the luxury and corporate travel landscape across the Western U.S. and Canada
- Expertise across digital channels including social media, SEO, paid campaigns, CRM, and analytics tools
