Job Description
Lead the development of next-generation composite systems, drive innovation from first concept to flight-ready production, and ensure technical excellence in aerospace environments.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 4 years of professional experience in product or process development, ideally in composites, lightweight structures, or aerospace manufacturing
- Proven leadership or advanced project management experience in technical environments
- Strong knowledge of material behavior, structural mechanics, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (C1/C2); German is also nice to have for on-site collaboration
