Job Description
As Team Lead for Equipment & Tooling, you will lead a growing team at the intersection of mechanical design and automation, overseeing the full lifecycle of manufacturing equipment. You will coordinate cross-functional interfaces, structure project plans, and ensure the creation of tools that power high-tech production at scale.
Requirements
- Trained or studied in mechanical engineering, special machinery, automation, or a related field.
- 4–5+ years of experience in tooling, equipment or production line development
- Experience as a team lead, project manager, or senior design engineer
- Solid knowledge in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read, review, and guide technical drawings
- Passionate about building and improving
