We're seeking a Director of Growth Strategy & Operations for Global Partnerships at Block to help shape and execute the strategy that powers our global partnerships ecosystem. The role involves defining and driving the global GTM strategy for Partnerships, leading cross-functional initiatives, and partnering with senior leaders to align business development priorities with GTM execution and regional growth goals.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in GTM Strategy, Partnerships Strategy, Business Development Operations, or Management Consulting
- Proven success in building and scaling partnership-driven go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, including technology alliances, channel/distribution partnerships, and joint selling models
- Strong analytical and strategic skills; able to synthesize complex data into clear business recommendations and influence executive decision-making
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Experience driving cross-functional global initiatives across multiple geographies and business units
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and GTM analytics tools that improve partner performance and operational efficiency
- Strategic thinker with strong executional discipline; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environment
