Job Description
BnBerry is seeking a Senior Sales Lead to drive global customer acquisition and revenue growth, focusing on new product launches and expansion into new services. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of SDRs and AEs, designing scalable processes, and ensuring pipeline health and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales
- 2+ years managing SDRs and AEs
- Proven success building outbound sales engines and closing mid-market deals
- Strong leadership with hands-on coaching and operational discipline
- Expert-level understanding of automation, reporting, and funnel optimization
- Data-driven mindset with mastery of HubSpot (or Salesforce), Google Workspace, and Notion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English
