BNY is seeking a Senior Associate, Client Processing Team Lead for their Payments Enablement Platform Operations team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves overseeing a small-to-medium-sized client processing team, managing daily transactional workflows, and ensuring high service delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage data and technology to improve processes and enhance client experience.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of technical and management experience
- Experience supervising/managing a small client processing team
- Application of data and AI tools for process improvement
- Ability to use digital tools & AI to enhance UX
