Requirements
- Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS environment with proven track record managing a significant portfolio of accounts and achieving high retention rates
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer success metrics
- Experience with maximising customer success platforms and digital engagement tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret usage data and engagement metrics
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
