Requirements
- Offer an exceptional service, valuing every interaction with the client and promoting the Brand, the product, and loyalty programs.
- Understand the client's needs, tell the product with passion, and guide them in the choice that best suits them.
- Create long-term relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty.
- Promote complementary and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, tablet in-store).
- Actively contribute to achieving sales and team targets.
- Manage requests or complaints with professionalism, in collaboration with the supervisor.
- Maintain the order, care, and image of the boutique (front and back) in line with the Brand standards.
- Support the management of omnichannel flows and inventory activities.
- Contribute to the management of the cash register and operational procedures, respecting company policies.
