Boomi is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (SLED) to drive revenue growth within the existing customer base, made up of SLED accounts, largely focused on higher education. As a key contributor to our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- 2+ years of recent experience focused on SLED (State, Local, and Education) accounts
- Proven success selling to SLED organizations and closing complex deals
- Experience supporting large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Skilled at analyzing industry, competitor, and market data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to gain access to and manage relationships with senior-level executives
- Proven ability to analyze business trends and leverage team strengths to create differentiated offerings and capture new business
- Experience interfacing directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with solutions
- Ability to anticipate customer needs beyond existing products and services
- Experience identifying cost-effective, practical solutions by bundling products and services to maximize opportunities while meeting customer needs
- Strong boardroom and executive presence, recognized internally and externally as a senior authority in a specific segment or channel
- Experience setting performance goals and metrics to drive team execution and accountability
- Proven ability to coach and mentor internal teams to improve performance and outcomes
