Job Description
Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF) is seeking a highly motivated Education Director to lead their Academics and Educational Programs for youth ages 6-18. The Director will be responsible for overseeing program development, maintaining partnerships with schools, managing staff and volunteers, and ensuring a high quality of learning experiences. This is a full-time, on-site position within a specific Clubhouse.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Minimum two years classroom teaching experience
- Strong classroom management and discipline skills
- Experience developing and implementing educational programs
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Class B license for motor vehicle operation
- Red Cross first aid/CPR certification
- Ability to develop and implement educational programs
