Job Description
Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco is seeking a Middle School Director at their Willie Mays Clubhouse. This role focuses on supporting tweens (6-8th grade) through academic success, healthy lifestyles, character development, and job readiness, with a strong emphasis on the Success Equation. The Director will be responsible for creating a supportive Club culture and ensuring active participation in Citywide programs.
Requirements
- Analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Assess student needs and development.
- Implement procedures and policies to support student achievement.
- Drive participation.
- Communicate clearly and compellingly.
- Manage own objectives.
- BA/BS degree or related work experience.
- Valid CA Class C Driver's License.
- First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days.
