Brale is hiring its first Talent Lead to own and build its talent function from the ground up. The role involves hands-on recruiting, sourcing, and designing the talent acquisition discipline to support Brale's growth.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition leadership
- Strong background recruiting in fintech and/or crypto, ideally within early-stage or high-growth companies
- Proven ability to source and close senior, hard-to-hire technical and business roles
