Braze is seeking an Account Manager, Enterprise to drive commercial growth and retention across their existing customer base in ANZ. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded, customer-obsessed Account Manager with a passion for growth and a proven track record of managing and expanding SaaS accounts.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in SaaS Sales, Account Management, or similar
- Minimum 3 years owning complex SaaS customer relationships
- Experience in the Martech, Adtech, or broader CX space highly regarded
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding commercial targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to influence and build relationships at C-level, with a clear track record of value-based selling and strategic account growth
