Braze is seeking an Account Manager, SMB to join their ANZ Account Management team. The role involves driving commercial growth and retention across existing customer base by operating as a strategic commercial partner, helping customers unlock the full value of Braze through cross-functional collaboration and insight-led engagement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive experience in SaaS Sales, Account Management, or similar
- Minimum 2 years owning complex SaaS customer relationships
- Experience in the Martech, Adtech, or broader CX space
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding commercial targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience managing portfolios with annual contract values ranging from $50K to $300K+
- Ability to influence and build relationships at C-level
- Experience or understanding of the Martech ecosystem
- Excellent collaborator and team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Exceptional communicator with strong verbal, written, and numerical fluency
- Strong organisational and time management skills
