Senior Business Systems Analyst

Braze is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their Business Systems team, specializing in Sales and Marketing technology. The role focuses on owning, managing, and enhancing their go-to-market systems, acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders, and driving efficiency and effectiveness across Sales and Marketing functions. This is a critical role requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity, specifically supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
• Proven expertise in administering and optimizing enterprise business applications such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Gong, Outreach, etc.
• Deep understanding of end to end Sales and Marketing business processes, including inquiry-to-lead, lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash.
• Experience with owning, managing, maintaining, enhancing and integrating key Sales and Marketing technologies, e.g. Gong (must-have), Outreach (must-have), ZoomInfo, Marketo, Clari, People.ai, Fullcast, etc.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
