Job Description
As a Guest Connections Specialist, you will be the voice of Brightline, handling guest inquiries, resolving grievances, and providing excellent customer service through multiple methods of telecommunication. You will work closely with the Station Operations team to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a high-traffic and related field, such as hospitality, guest services or transportation
- Excellent verbal and listening skills, with a focus on superior guest satisfaction
- Ability to adapt communication style to fit a diverse group of people
- Sound judgment and ability to think and act independently
- Proficient in computer skills, including typing approximately 40wpm
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school level proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
